Key Stage Two Results

We are thrilled at how highly we have achieved. In 2014 we were in the top 1% of schools in the country and listed by the BBC in their highest attaining schools. 100% of the children achieved 4b+ in reading, writing, maths, science, grammar, punctuation and spelling. This was possible because the average attendance in year six this year was 98.5%! This proves that if you get your children into school, we will make a difference to their achievement. These astounding outcomes have been largely matched in 2015. This was despite large numbers of these children having low starting points. In fact in 2015 we have achieved a fourth consecutive year with 100% of our year six leavers achieving Level 4 in reading!

In 2016, despite the government introducing new end of key stage tests, for England, that were much more difficult our school outperformed national combined results for reading, writing and Maths by 34%! Next year, we are aiming to achieve a even greater results. Moreover, a much greater proportion of our pupils achieved the higher levels in all of the strands than their peers in nationally.

Our results for 2013 to 2016 are outstanding and build on our excellent grades in 2012. These reading, writing and maths outcomes are well ahead of national figures. Summary

We are delighted with the test outcomes in Key Stage Two they highlight the school's success over the last three years. These results place us alongside the highest achieving schools in the country. We are proud that we are fulfilling our school mission and making sure that pupils achieve outstanding progress and attainment.

The results in Key Stage One show are well above national results and pupils that completed the whole key stage had particularly strong outcomes.

Foundation Stage outcomes remain well above national and pupils that start at Colville and stay with us do well as they progress through the school.
