After School Care

After school care at Colville Primary School which is run and organised by the school. Forms to book sessions are available in the office or you can request for them to be emailed to you. Payments can be made in person or over the phone.

The facility operates between 3.15pm and 6pm for all children from Mondays to Fridays. All children are served a meal at 4.30pm-4.55pm. Children can be collected at 4.55-5.00pm or 5.45-6.00pm. This enables children to engage in meaningful activities and enjoy their play.

Years One to Six

Places are offered a reduced rate of £7.50 for a full session (or £3 if you are eligible for Income Support) for pre-booked sessions. To pre-book you must return a form to the office via email or in person ten working days before use. The full price for a session is £10 if you have not pre-booked.

Half sessions can also be booked 3.15pm-4.55pm or 4.30pm-6pm. Once again, places are offered a reduced rate of £4 for a full session (or £2 if you are eligible for Income Support) for pre-booked sessions. The price for half a session is £6 if you have not pre-booked.

Reception and Nursery

Places are offered a reduced rate of £7 per hour (or £3.50 per hour if you are eligible for Income Support) for pre-booked sessions. To pre-book you must return a form to the office via email or in person ten working days before use. The full price of £10 per hour will be charged if you have not pre-booked. If you have pre-booked and your child is absent you will be charged for this service.
